ONLINE PERSONAL PROPERTY AUCTION WITH 2003 BUICK CENTURY

PERSONAL PROPERTY TERMS:
There will be a 15% Buyer’s Premium added to final bid price to determine the final selling price.

Payment must be made before item(s) are removed by the specified date on the auction advertisement. Payments accepted: Credit Card, Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check, and Money Orders.

THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND

AUCTION END TIMES: Liberty Auction and Realty Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. Liberty Auction and Realty Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed in the final 5 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend 6:04. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame. 

SERVER AND SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Liberty Auction and Realty reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor LIBERTY AUCTION & REALTY SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Liberty Auction and Realty.

Liberty Auction and Realty has put forth every effort to make accurate
 descriptions of the items. Printed or verbal statements made by staff are matters of opinion and are made in good faith. However all items are sold 'AS IS WHERE IS'. You are responsible for your own inspection if an inspection date is available for the sale. 

All Sales are Final - WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS.  The successful high bidder of each item agrees to pay and pick up items on scheduled pick up date. If an item is missing or damaged at the time of pick up, the buyer is not obligated to buy that item and has no further recourse against the seller or Liberty Auction and Realty.

Liberty Auction and Realty reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason prior to the close of bidding.
Liberty Auction and Realty reserves the right to cancel this auction, or remove any item or lot from this auction prior to the close of bidding.

Bidder Verification: The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Liberty Auction and Realty will reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated. The Seller and Liberty Auction and Realty reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person’s credentials, mental fitness, etc.

Bidder responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. If your USER NAME is offensive to Liberty Auction and Realty then we reserve the right to terminate your bidding.

When using the web site you must obey any and all local state and
federal laws. Violations will result in termination of web site use privileges. Auction company employees and/or auction company may bid on this auction. We gather aggregate information from this web site which may include but is not limited to: number of page visitors, most visited pages, any and all correspondence.

DEFAULT: If purchases are not settled by the specified pick up day, it will be considered in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed/blocked from bidding on Liberty Auction and Realty auctions, as well as MarkNet Alliance auctions and may be charged 10% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified at the discretion of Liberty Auction and Realty.

Any dispute between Liberty Auction and Realty, its Agents or Representatives, and the Buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Henderson County, TN. By bidding on the property, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.

LOADING: If you are the winning bidder on large items, please bring help and equipment to load the item. We do not provide load out.  This will include any tools needed to remove appliances or dismantle larger furniture pieces.

SECURITY: Surveillance and security may be on site; please do not enter the property except at the specified preview date and time or by appointment.

Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Liberty Auction and Realty and its Agents and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages or suits including but not limited to awards, judgments, costs, fees, etc.

PAYMENT MAY BE MADE BY CASH, CHECK, CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR CREDIT CARD.  IF PAYING BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, THERE WILL BE A 3% PROCESSING FEE ADDED.  CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT PICKUP. NO DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS AUCTION.

THIS AUCTION ENDS ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 21ST.

PREVIEW IS SUNDAY, AUGUST 17TH FROM 2-4.

PICKUP IS SATURDAY, AUGUST 23RD, FROM 11 TO 2.  PLEASE BRING EVERYTHING NEEDED TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS, INCLUDING HELPERS AND EQUIPMENT.  WE DO NOT PROVIDE LOADING ASSISTANCE.
