$0 - $100 = $1 Increment

$100 - $500 $10 Increment

$500 - $1,000 = $25 Increment

$1,000 - $3,000 = $100 Increment

AUCTION END TIMES: Liberty Auction & Realty Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. Liberty Auction & Realty Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed in the final 5 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend 6:04. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame.

SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Liberty Auction & Realty reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor LIBERTY AUCTION & REALTY SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium added to final bid price to determine the final selling price.

Payment must be made before item(s) are removed by the specified date on the auction advertisement. Payments accepted: Cash, Cashier's Check, and Money Orders.

Liberty Auction & Realty has put forth every effort to make accurate

All Sales are Final - Any purchases over $500 require cash or cashier's check. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. Liberty Auction & Realty does not accept credit cards. The successful high bidder of each item agrees to pay cash and pick up items on scheduled pick up date. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. If your USER NAME is offensive to Liberty Auction & Realty then we reserve the right to terminate your bidding.

federal laws. Violations will result in termination of web site use privileges. Auction company employees and/or auction company may bid on this auction. We gather aggregate information from this web site which may include but is not limited to: number of page visitors, most visited pages, any and all correspondence.

DEFAULT: If purchases are not settled by the specified pick up day, it will be considered in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed/blocked from bidding on Liberty Auction & Realty auctions, as well as MarkNet Alliance auctions and may be charged 10% of bid price or $500, whichever is greater. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified at the discretion of Liberty Auction & Realty.

Any dispute between Liberty Auction & Realty, its Agents or Representatives, and the Buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Henderson County, TN. By bidding on the property, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
